Delivery and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Otcho Handmade products! We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our delivery and returns policy below:

Delivery

  • At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UAE.
  • Once your order is confirmed, we will process and dispatch it within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Deliveries within the UAE are free of charge for orders above 200 AED and would typically take 24 – 36 hours to be delivered once the order is processed. Any orders below 200 AED will carry a standard delivery charge of 20 AED.
  • We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of your order date to initiate the return process.
  • If 7 days have passed since your order date, we can’t unfortunately offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund along with the reasons. Shipping costs if any are non-refundable.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds may take more than 10 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be done as long as the order is not dispatched yet. For any cancellations of a confirmed order, please get in touch with us immediately at .

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
